
Bridesmaids Appointment Deposit
We’re so excited to welcome you in-store!
To help us give every customer the best possible experience, we ask for a €20 booking fee to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable, but no worries, it can be used toward any purchase or product during your visit. :)
How it works:
After your appointment, you’ll receive a €20 Folkster gift card. You can use it toward any in-store purchase, including gowns and other items! Just a heads-up: the €20 is always issued as a gift card — even if you return your purchase, it stays as store credit :)
CANCELLATION POLICY :
Your appointment time is reserved and staffed just for you, so if you can’t make it, please do let us know as soon as possible. We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes, so we can offer your spot to someone else. If you can't provide that notice, please note your €20 booking fee will be forfeited.
