REPUBLIC OF IRELAND 🇮🇪

Shipping Costs

€5.95 via An Post, Next Day service
€6.95 via DPD Ireland, 1 to 2 day service
FREE shipping on orders over €300
€7.95 for express delivery on applicable in-store orders

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside normal delivery schedules.

NORTHERN IRELAND

Good news! Orders shipped from Folkster in Ireland to Northern Ireland are generally not subject to customs duties.

Our Northern Ireland delivery rates are the same as our Republic of Ireland rates above :)

Occasionally, our checkout may automatically apply a UK shipping rate to a Northern Ireland address. If that happens, please email us at hello@folkster.com and we'll refund the difference in the shipping charge.

GREAT BRITAIN: ENGLAND, SCOTLAND & WALES 🇬🇧

Shipping Cost

€12.95 via DPD for parcels up to 10kg.

Orders sent from Ireland to Great Britain may be subject to UK VAT, customs duties or carrier charges depending on the value and nature of the order and how applicable taxes are collected.

These charges are determined by UK authorities and/or the relevant carrier and are outside Folkster's control.

We recommend checking the current UK import rules before ordering if you're unsure.

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Shipping rates can vary for some countries or unusually large parcels. The applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout where available.

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges.

These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

We always recommend checking with your local customs authority if you're unsure about charges that may apply.

CANADA 🇨🇦

For Canadian orders, we choose the best available carrier at the time of dispatch to help get your Folkster order to you as efficiently as possible.

Any applicable Canadian customs duties, taxes or carrier charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES & YOUR ORDER

We'll always do our best to get your Folkster order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and can occasionally be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, customs processing, transport disruption or unusually busy periods.

Please make sure the delivery address you enter at checkout is complete and correct.

If your parcel is returned to Folkster because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or because delivery or collection was not completed after the carrier's attempts, reasonable re-delivery charges may apply.

Folkster remains responsible for your order in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

CURRENCY & PAYMENTS 💳

Folkster is an Irish business and our base currency is EURO (€).

Depending on your location and the options available at checkout, prices may also be displayed or processed in currencies such as GBP (£) or USD ($).

Where currency conversion applies, the final amount charged or refunded may also be affected by the exchange rate applied by your bank, card provider, PayPal, Apple Pay or other payment provider.

Unfortunately, Folkster cannot control exchange-rate fluctuations or charges applied by your own payment provider.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

Orders being delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional carrier charges on arrival.

These charges are not set or collected by Folkster unless specifically shown as part of your checkout.

The customer is responsible for any applicable import charges imposed by the destination country.

If a customer refuses to accept an international shipment and the parcel is returned to Folkster, any actual return shipping, customs, import or carrier charges incurred by Folkster may, where legally permitted, be deducted from the applicable refund.

The same may apply where an international return results in Folkster being charged import or customs fees because the return has been incorrectly processed.

If you are unsure about customs or import charges, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering or making a return.

LARGE ORDERS & COMMERCIAL USE

We want to make sure our stock is available fairly to our genuine Folkster customers 💛

We therefore reserve the right to review or limit unusually large quantity orders.

Our Folkster gowns are designed and sold for the personal use of our customers.

We do not permit purchases of Folkster products for commercial dress rental, dress hire or unauthorised resale businesses.

Where we reasonably believe an order has been placed for commercial rental, hire or unauthorised resale, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue the appropriate refund.

Our Folkster photography and creative imagery is a huge part of our brand, and a lot of love, time and creativity goes into creating it 💛

All original Folkster photography, campaign imagery, product imagery, graphics, written content and other creative material owned by Folkster is protected by copyright.

Folkster imagery may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, altered or used for commercial purposes on any third-party website, social media account, marketplace or other platform without our prior written permission.

In particular, Folkster imagery may not be used by dress rental, dress hire, resale or other commercial businesses to advertise or promote Folkster products without our express written permission.

Purchasing a Folkster product does not give the purchaser or any subsequent owner of that product the right to use Folkster photography, campaign imagery, product photography or other copyrighted Folkster content for commercial purposes.
