Please note, we are currently operating our regular 14 day returns policy. Items purchased online during this time must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods to qualify for a full refund or exchange. Returns can be made via post to either of the addresses listed below.

Standard "Condition of Goods" returns policy applies. More details below.


Unworn, unwashed, non-sale items can be returned with tags intact and proof of purchase for refund only when received within 14 DAYS of receipt of goods. Terms and Conditions apply - please see below. 

*PRE-ORDER & SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS* are exempt from our regular returns policy and are non-returnable. These items are specially ordered in and allocated specifically to a certain order, meaning they cannot be returned under our general returns policy. If you have any further queries regarding your pre-order, please don't hesitate to contact us on :) 

*VINTAGE ITEMS* ARE NON-RETURNABLE WITHOUT MAIL AGREEMENT. Due to the nature of vintage items, we regret that we can only refund vintage items if it has been agreed with us via email that you may return if the garment does not fit correctly, or if there is damage that was not made clear at the time of purchase, mutually agreed by Folkster that it could not have occurred while in the ownership of the purchaser. We hope you understand the need for this and please note we are always as reasonable as possible.

*LIFESTYLE/GIFTING* - Please note, a small selection of our gifting and lifestyle products are non-returnable, this includes crystals, sage, books and vinyl records. 

*SPECIAL OFFERS* - Please note, all Special Offer orders received are subject to a maximum item quantity of 5-7 pieces depending on the style chosen, this is due to stock availability and in the interest of keeping our offers fair and available to all of our lovely customers :) If you have any queries and/or wish to purchase a higher item quantity please reach out to our customer service team at and they would be more than happy to assist you :) 

** For any sale/discounted items purchased online, we accept returns/exchanges, once these items meet the 'Terms and conditions' as explained above. ** 


IMPORTANT: All return items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED with tags in place, and with order number or proof of purchase.

They must not have odours of smoke, perfume, pets etc.

They must not have makeup/tan marks (clothes) or scuffs (shoes).

Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.

  • Folkster is not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
  • We will include the cost of the return for faulty goods in the refund once provided with evidence of the receipt for postage.
  • If a return item is misplaced in the post, it is up to the customer to investigate the matter with the postal or courier service they used.
  • We can only refund an item once we have received it and not before.
  • Refunds must be returned via the method of original payment.
  • Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
  • Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
  • Shipping charges on non-faulty items are non-refundable.
