RETURNS POLICY
Thanks for shopping with Folkster! 💛 We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
FULL-PRICE ITEMS (IN-STORE)
Full-price items (excluding vintage/sale/earrings) may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
ONLINE ORDERS (EU CUSTOMERS)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@folkster.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned to us unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS (IN-STORE)
All sale items purchased in-store are final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
VINTAGE ITEMS (IN-STORE ONLY)
All vintage items are sold in-store only and are sold as seen. Due to their nature, they may show signs of wear or imperfections.
All vintage purchases are final sale and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, unless the item is not as described at the time of purchase.
BRIDAL SAMPLE SALE (IN-STORES)
All Bridal Sample Sale items are sold as seen and, by their nature, may show signs of wear or imperfections. Any noticeable defects will be highlighted at the time of purchase.
All Bridal Sample Sale purchases are strictly final sale with no returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless the item is not as described.
EXCLUSIONS FROM RETURNS (ONLINE & IN-STORE)
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

Custom-made for pre-ordered gowns. (AKA Pre-Orders)

Items clearly marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons once opened
CONDITION OF RETURNS
Returns must be in perfect condition—no odours, stains, makeup, tan marks, or damage. Items returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back at your expense.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take additional time to process the transaction.

If you return an order from outside the EU please note, you are responsible for any import/custom fees. If applicable, any import costs incurred upon return to Folkster, will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please contact your local customs office before making a return, to ensure you are following their advice and are up to speed on any potential customs and duty charges.
IMPORTANT
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described may be returned in accordance with consumer law.
