Refund policy
We are currently operating our regular 14 day returns policy. Items purchased online during this time must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods to qualify for a full refund or exchange. Returns can be made via post to either of the addresses listed on our Returns Page. Standard "Condition of Goods" returns policy applies.
IMPORTANT: All return items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED with tags in place, and with order number or proof of purchase.
They must not have odours of smoke, perfume, pets etc.
They must not have makeup/tan marks (clothes) or scuffs (shoes).
IMPORTANT: Sale items are non refundable, exchange or credit note available within 14 days
Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.
- Folkster is not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
- We will include the cost of the return for faulty goods in the refund once provided with evidence of the receipt for postage.
- If a return item is misplaced in the post, it is up to the customer to investigate the matter with the postal or courier service they used.
- We can only refund an item once we have received it and not before.
- Refunds must be returned via the method of original payment.
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
- Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
- Shipping charges on non-faulty items are non-refundable.
