Job description

We are looking for a flexible experienced part-time stylist to join our Folkster Bridal, Kilkenny team. We are hoping to find a conscientious, fashion conscious, wedding obsessed, friendly & enthusiastic team player. We’re looking for a stylist who can deliver an incredible customer experience every time, all whilst working closely within a team setting to achieve our shared goals and success!

Key Duties:

• Become a Folkster brand ambassador.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in store, over the phone and/or online by providing the highest quality customer service and bridal styling at all times. 
• Achieve individual, team and department sales targets.
• Work closely with fellow team members to uphold department & stock standards and presentation.
• Endlessly develop their Folkster Bridal product knowledge.
• Support their team in achieving shared goals and objectives.
• Report to department manager(s) regularly on department/team goals and performance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for people, weddings, fashion, styling and retail.
• Previous experience in fashion/bridal retail is preferable but not essential.
• A self-starter with a positive, energetic 'can do attitude'.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative with an innate capacity for organisation, time management and problem solving.
• An ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast paced environment.
• Open to travel to other Folkster locations as needed.

*Please note this position is a customer facing, in-store role, covering shifts over the course of a weekend and public holidays. Unfortunately this role cannot be performed remotely.

Location: Kilkenny City

Position: Part Time, covering weekends and public holidays. 

Salary: Starting rate - €12.70 per hour. Negotiable thereafter, depending on experience.
